WHAT CHANGES IN
2010?
Homegrown,
Homemade:
Remember our
definition:
“A
finished product made from high quality materials, natural or
manufactured, with the greatest portion of the product comprised of
components which have been individually handcrafted to such an extent
that the finished product is unique and would never be completely
replicated except in the traditional sense of an artist’s signed and
numbered limited edition.”
It really means
what it says. The reputation of the Market rests on strict adherence to
our commitment to offer only products which are handcrafted by the
persons offering them for sale. Any vendor who violates this criteria
will be immediately terminated from all Market participation and will
forfeit all fees.
All applications
will be screened for quality and appropriateness of the products to be
offered for sale and we may decline participation to any vendor. We also
limit the number of vendors offering the same or very similar products.
After
acceptance to the Market, any change or addition to your product
inventory must be pre-approved by KCMA.
Vendor
Identification:
Each vendor is REQUIRED to display in clear view their name or the name
of their business. Any vendor who accepts payment or a deposit for
future delivery of a product must give the customer written contact
information.

Rules:
-

second violation will double the penalty amount.
